When the heat hits unexpectedly (or if it doesn’t, but you are craving for something cold and yummy) – home-made ice cream could be a great solution. Cramy in texture and sweet in taste – I believe after trying this simple recipe you will appreciate homemade ice-cream even more!
- 1 cup of fat sweet cream
- 1 tall glass of milk
- 500gr of fresh either canned peaches
- 500 gr of sugar powder
Take all ingredients, place them in a tall dish for blending and blend ingredients until even. Place it in either small cups or special ice-cream tubes and put it in the freezer for about 4 hours. Serve with fresh fruit salad, goes very well with banana and pear. Enjoy!
