For me fitness in general is more than just training, it is a lifestyle. My golden rule is to do what I love the most. I am a huge Body Combat enthusiast, and it has become my safe place to go for release the tension. Don’t get me wrong, I do not tolerate and promote violence; body combat is a fun way of choreographed moves coming from all kinds of martial arts. If you get interested, you should try kickboxing or real boxing!
